CONVENTIONAL TURNING

CONVENTIONAL MILLING

We offer conventional milling services with our in-house machinery. Our operators ensures the cutter rotates against the direction of the feed to eliminate backlash. Conventional milling is still very effective as the play between the lead screw and the nut is eliminated.

UNIVERSAL GRINDING

Our grinding machine is ideal for both small parts and larger batch work. Thanks to its versatility, we can ensure a fantastic finish on all pieces. The machine is able to hold components in several different ways, promising we can grind the right parts for you.

SURFACE GRINDING

We guarantee a smooth finish on all flat surfaces when you choose HGP Precision for your surface grinding needs. Our machinery can cut metallic and non-metallic substances from work pieces, ensuring the face of it is flat and smooth.

VERTICAL SLOTTING

We promise high quality and cost efficient vertical slotting. Our shapers are normally used to cut internal shapes and forms, such as hexagons squares and slots but can also be used to cut external forms as well.

CNC TURNING

This process involves bars of material are held in a chuck while and rotated while a specialised tool is used to remove parts of the material to create the desired shape. Our expert team operate our machinery to the highest standard.

CNC MILLING

Our multi-point cutting tools are used to extract certain material parts of a workpiece to produce your custom designed product. This process can be performed on a number of materials including plastic, glass, wood and metal.
